Consequently, I’m still convinced that teaching isharder today than it was in the past, for parents now have more requirement andchildren are too spoiled.

理由一：习气才能关于做好一份新作业很重要，因为这能让你灵敏融入集体并与火伴变成兄弟。我们都晓得，和老职工坚持紧密的联络有助于从他们那儿获得更多有用的主张和协助，然后有助于在新作业里灵敏前进体现。(+ 具体事例)The ability to adapt oneself to the new environment is extremelyimportant for doing a new job successfully, because this capability enables youto fit into a group and become friends with your colleagues quickly. As we allknow, having a close relationship with experienced employees can help you getmore practical suggestion and support from them, which is beneficial for youimproving your performance in a new job.( + 具体事例)

理由二：常识关于做好一份新作业也很重要，因为这能让你在第一时刻打开作业并快速给公司带来效益。一般来说，为了让新职工做好作业预备，公司一般都会以实习的方法对其进行培训和训练。而一个专业常识比照强的职工既能快速上岗，又可认为老板省去这方面的本钱，这一般能获得老板的喜爱。(+ 具体事例)An excellent knowledge is also crucial for succeeding in a new job, sincethe knowledge can help you start your job and produce efficiency and profits foryour firm in a short time. Generally, in order to prepare new workers for theirjobs, companies usually will train and practice them by asking them to take aninternship. However, a employee with an excellent knowledge of the job can notonly start his or her job right when getting accepted, but also can save thecost of training for the boss, which can help him or her earn the boss’s favor.(+ 具体事例)

结束段：我不附和标题。关于做好一份新作业来讲，“习气才能”仍是“常识”重要，这取决于作业的性质。具体来讲，关于航天领域的职工来说，杰出的专业常识更重要，因为他们所从事的作业和数学、地舆、物理等学科息息有关;关于出售员来说，较强的习气才能更重要，因为他们得常常出差，然后边对不一样气候、饮食，和文明差异带来的应战。Judgingfrom the above evidence offered, I can hardly agree that in order to succeed indoing a new job, the ability to adapt oneself to the new environment is moreimportant than the excellent knowledge of this job. It depends on the jobcategory whether the ability of adapting to the new circumstance or theexcellent knowledge is more significant. To be specific, for those who work inthe field of spaceflight, an excellent knowledge of the job is more important,in that what they do is closely associated with subjects like Math, Astronomy,and Physics; for salesmen, a strong ability of adapting to the new environmentis of much significance, because they have to go on business trips frequentlyand face those challenges brought from different climates, eating habits, andcultures.

真题三：Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is moreimportant for the government to spend money on new buildings than to preservehistoric or traditional buildings and homes.

解析：仍是一道典型的“A>B”题型，笔者认为“维护古旧建筑”更重要。具体思路如下：

理由一：维护“古旧建筑”很重要，因为这有助于我们铭记国家的前史和传统。众所周知，一个国家的的前史和传统是该民族中心价值观念的体现，而关于中心价值观念的维护和传承则势在必行。(+ 具体事例)It’s extremely important to protect historic or traditional buildings andhomes, because this action can help people remember the history and tradition oftheir countries. 　结束段：尽管“建新房子”能美化城市，可是和“理由一”、“理由二”无法比。因而，我认为“古旧建筑”更重要。In the final analysis,we can’t deny that building new houses might produce some advantages, likebeautifying the image of cities. However, when compared with these explanationand details I just provided to support my position, the opposite opinion looksparticularly lackluster.
